Class of '87 · Crenshaw High School · Los Angeles, CA

A proud Los Angeles native voted "Most Likely to Succeed" at Crenshaw High School, Robert Cole earned his degree from Morehouse College and later his law degree from the American College of Law. He is a member of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc., Alpha Rho Chapter.

At Morehouse, Robert played football and developed a close relationship with the late Congressman John Lewis. He also earned a place in cinematic history performing in Spike Lee's "School Daze."

Robert currently works as a consultant in governmental relations and public affairs, and is also an award-winning screenwriter.

A dedicated physician who graduated from Morehouse Medical School in 1986, Dr. Young has served South Los Angeles as a Family Doctor for over 35 years. He served as Department Chair of Family Medicine and was a member of the Board of Trustees and Board of Directors at St. Francis Hospital, as well as the Board of Directors for Charles R. Drew University.
